It follows from the nature of its object: urban entanglements do not arrive in stable, pre-formatted shapes. The publication adjusts to what it needs to hold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each issue is a discrete, self-contained unit that keeps itself open. Issues can nest, combine, or remain separate. A single topic can expand across volumes or compress into a single sheet. The format obeys the content, not the other way around.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">An open access inventory<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As an individual or institution, you can get, print, and distribute each issue of Tarde for free and under a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/creativecommons.org\/licenses\/by-nc\/4.0\/deed.en\">Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial license<\/a>.
