We just launched an incredibly small number of a limited edition of this tote bag. This is just our first step in an effort to explore other media and techniques to expand Tarde and its scope. Besides the academic interests behinds this project, to explore the minimal and irrelevant of urban life, there is also a constant concern in experimenting with other ways of producing ethnographic knowledge. In the (near) future, we would like to delve into new formats: posters, bags, shirts, and all types of printed devices where we can share our ideas and findings. Additionally, non-printed spaces and products are currently on the table, being tested and analyzed. But that is something we will talk about later. For now, we are happy to introduce this bag. Due to the small number of units, this tote bag will be pickily distributed around to get some thoughts and feedback, and we hope to come back with a bigger number (and perhaps a different edition) in September 2024.
