Authors, curators, and collaborators

Tarde is a quarterly bilingual publication and an expanding platform for experimental urban ethnography. Each issue exists in print and online, explores one topic in depth, and is produced in collaboration with researchers, practitioners, and writers from different disciplines and locations.

There are three ways to get involved: as an author, producing content for the quarterly issue or contributing to the Atlas; as a curator, providing peer feedback on a forthcoming issue; or as a collaborator, coordinating a series or co-organizing a workshop.

All contributions are published under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial license. Each issue carries an ISSN and a DOI. Peer feedback is built into the production of every issue, not as a gatekeeping mechanism but as a collaborative tool for improving the work.

Regardless of what you have in mind, the first step is always the same: write to hello@tarde.info with a brief description of your proposal or interest. The editorial team will respond and take it from there.
